It is generally believed that some people are born with certain talents, for instance for sport or music, and others are not. However, it is sometimes claimed that any child can be taught to become a good sports person or musician.
People have diverse opinions regarding what truly is the reason of success: natural talent or hard work and dedication. I am personally of the opinion that guidance and passion are key points of those who succeed in life.
To begin with, in some occasions it is challenging to oppose against the existence of God's gift, when you become a witness of magical performance of certain individual. For instance, some singers have surpassing voice that is easily recognised or there are some athletes that beat unimaginable records, astonishing the whole globe. Getting deeper to their origin, most of them are from poor families and were nurtured in not the best conditions. Moreover, they never had any teaching or any special directing since the youngest ages. Subsequently, it is then believed that their talents are the main thing that raised them to where they are or were in their prime.
On the other hand, the effectiveness of talent can be argued by some specialists, who are obsessed with their favourite activity and fortunate mainly because of their constant practice. Clarifying that, the world's fastest man Usain Bolt would not be himself, if he would bet on only his gift, as it is evident that he trains everyday and stick to the constraint diet. Furthermore, talent is not enough in the key moments, since it can not help to predict the further situations and only visualisation of the future accomplishments may help to get more confident in the abilities of the one. Thus, there are other fundamental things that can bring out the best in every personality.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that some people are extraordinary in some spheres of art or job, but it is very trivial quality compared to others mentioned above in becoming victorious.
