People in your area are having problems with their internet connection. Write a letter to the company that provides the connection. In your letter,
• Describe the problem.
• Explain how that is affecting people.
• Say what the company should do to help.
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction towards the internet service your company is providing in our area, Lavender’s street. To elucidate, most of the times internet is down, speed is so slow. Even if it starts working, it will only be for 5-10 minutes. While installing the modem, I informed your technician to install a high-speed modem but he did not pay attention.
With the advent of the online network, most of the people are dependent on it for the smooth and hassle-free day-to-day activities. people who are looking for jobs are affected as they rely on the internet to search for jobs. Another worst part is for paying the bills when we have to enter the card details twice and sometimes thrice as well. There are few people in our locality doing online jobs has a great impact on their jobs.
I would request you to look into this matter and provide an alternate solution to the people in our area until you can provide with an alternative solution like a mobile dongle to your customers considering all the difficulties mentioned above. This will not tar your company’s reputation also.
Looking forward to your prompt response.
Yours faithfully,
Ben
