The given column graph illustrates the information about worldwide sales of mobile phone online, console and household games in billions of dollars from 2000 to 2006.

Overall, it is clear that the sale of handheld games followed a rising trend over given period of time. However, the demand for console games remained almost stable and begun in 2002.

To begin with, during 2000 the about 11 billions of dollars earned from sale of handheld games. In following years, it followed by a gradual increase and till 2002, they made sales of about 15 billions of dollars. Surprisingly, the figure for handheld games remained constant from 2003 to 2005 which was almost 15 billions of dollars. Whereas, till 2006 the earnings from handheld games accounted for 18 billions of dollars.

Probing further, during initial two years sale returns from console games was $6 billions ;however, in later years the figure remained stable. Interestingly, sale of online games begun in 2001 with negligible demand. By contrast, it inclined gradually and upto 2006 the sales figure reached at $9 billions. There was only 3 billions of dollars collected from mobile phone games in 2002 ;whereas, the figure followed a increase and till 2006 reached at $8 billions.
