Give your opinion about the employee and self-employed.
Nowadays a question of jobs is one of the most meaningful issues. Some people suggest that employees should have a stable career with some employer. However another claim that self-employment offers great freedom than working for a company. In the essay, I am going to look at the subject from both points of view.
Firstly, staying in the same job for life provides the ability to have an acceptable pension and health insurance. Salaries are gradually increasing in enormous organizations. Employees turn into a part of a team and they can be promoted within an enterprise. As a matter of fact that there is a clearly defined path for development. In contrast, in the current society, it is accessible to set up an own deal. In addition, the Internet maintains a global marketplace. It is not surprising that they can expand a lot of experience and skills. Technologies permit people to work from home, telecommuting is possible way.
The second area to consider that non-staff workers could face some financial difficulties. As far as I know that there are risks to start a proper new business and many of them fail to make a profit. Such people are involved in a complex process, long hours and total responsibility. By the way, there are no benefits like retirement account, sick and holiday pay. On the other hand in many factories employees earn not enough money for comfortable life, so it can run to stress in their usual life and poor well-being. Some companies expect employees to work overtime.
In summary, it is essential to achieve a balance between work time and leisure or family. After measuring advantages and disadvantages I personally choose to be a professional employee since it has the lowest risk.
