Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing this letter with great regrets to inform you that, I cannot accept the job offer of your company for the position of team leader.
Let me explain my circumstances in more detail for declining your offer. First and foremost your company location is way too far from my residence for which I have to commute for 3hours. This is very stressful and I am afraid that this will impact my performance and further more affect my personal life as well .
However, I appreciate and express my gratitude for considering my profile and felt privileged have offered by your esteemed company. Your thoughtfulness and generosity certainly empowered and encouraged me.
Hence, I would love to continue with my current job, I am assigned with new project ,as a project lead I have new exciting Responsibilities and challenges ahead of me and this give me better prospects to my career. Therefore I humbly decline your offer.
Thanks again, Appreciate for your effort and time spent .
Yours faithful.
Paul
