• Why you are unable to go
• How can your friend receive the ticket.
Dear Mike,
Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to offer you the tickets for a music concert as I am unable to attend. Let me explain in detail.
As you are aware that the rock band “Metallica” is coming to our town for a musical concert next week. The event will happen at JNU stadium on Thursday. Although it is a full day event however I suggest you to go at 6 pm as the actual concert will start at that time. As you are aware that I am a die-hard fan of the band therefore I had bought a premium ticket in advance however due to work exigencies I am unable to attend the concert. To elucidate I would be travelling overseas to Japan for a product launch.
Hence I would like to offer the concert ticket to you. Since you too are a big fan of the Metallica and were looking forward to attend this event. The ticket will allow you to access premium lounge from where you can have a clear view of the artists performing on the stage additionally drinks and food will be served with no additional cost. Lastly I will email the tickets to you by tomorrow on your personal email address.
I look forward to your reply and hope you enjoy the concert.
Regards
Said
