write a letter complaining about accommodation
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in reference to an accommodation booked in your hotel through a travel website for three days. As a regular business traveller, I stay in a variety of accommodations but I can say that in my experience, your hotel accommodation has been the worst due to a number of reasons.
Firstly I had booked a deluxe room for three days and had a booking confirmation from your hotel when I reached the hotel i was given a standard room despite the confirmed booking which is unacceptable. The standard room was without the breakfast and airconditioning.I made several complaints to the staff, they assured me that they will change my room the next day to a deluxe room but no action was taken.
I can assure you I am highly dissatisfied with the service and hope that you will take immediate action on this unprofessional misconduct from your staff. As such, I can assure you that have already lost me as your customer due to this incident.
