Dear Sana,
Really pleased to receive a letter from you after so long. We are also doing good. In your letter you mentioned about your son is planning a holiday to our country and you would like him to stay with me during his visit to Sydney. It would have been a great idea if planned early this year, unfortunately it would not be possible now. I am extremely sorry that I cannot accommodate him in my house.
I hope you would remember about the new company that I started recently, solar energy solutions, is going through huge loss, and I am not financially stable to continue the luxury life of staying in a 3-bedroom villa in Sydney. So, I had to shift to a small 1-bedroom apartment in the country side. That’s the only reason that I cannot accommodate your son in my apartment with no extra to space to stay comfortably.
I have a few suggestions for his affordable stay in Sydney. There is long-term stay accommodation option near the city centre, that’s very economical and perfect for enjoying the city life on a holiday trip. There will be a studio apartment available in very cheap price. There is one more option, my colleague is looking for a pain guest, if he is fine with sharing his apartment. My colleague lives near us, if he stays there we can catch up for some meals together.
I hope you would understand my situation. Do give him my contact details and ask him to call me anytime for any help.
Best Regards,
Fariha Anwar.
