You would like to participate in a work-related seminar in another country. Write a letter to the person in charge of the seminar and ask for detailed information regarding the dates, program, accommodation and cost
Dear Sir,
My name is Saud and I am presently working as a Solution Architect Satellite business for “ABC Consulting” therefore I wanted to inquire about the seminar on network design for satellite networks which is being held in Singapore.
Although I have attended short courses on network design in the past however I believe this seminar will provide in-depth knowledge to design cost-effective networks thus increasing the profitability of the company. Since the advert published in the newspaper did not mention the complete details hence I wanted to find out detailed information about this seminar. May I know the duration, keynote speakers and cost of the program? Additionally, I would also like to know if the accommodation would be covered or it has to be arranged by the participants.
Furthermore please let me know if there is a discount on the group participation as some of my colleagues would be interested to join this course. Lastly, I couldn’t find any registration link on your website so kindly help to provide that to too.
Looking forward to your response so that I can do advance bookings.
Yours sincerely
Saud
