You recently received a letter from a friend asking for advice about whether to go to college or to try to get a job. You think he / she should get a job. Write a letter to this friend. In your letter:
1. say why he / she would not enjoy going to college
2. explain why getting a job is a good idea for him / her
3. suggest types of jobs that would be suitable for him / her
Dear john,
I hope this letter finds you in radiant health and to the best of spirits. I received your letter yesterday and I was proud to read that you successfully completed your schooling with brilliant scores. I am writing this letter to advice you to choose from college studies or job.
Although both these options have their own benefits, however i feel that you would not enjoy going to college as it as a lot of assignment works and also you would be frustrated by the hectic schedule.
As per my opinion, you should opt for a job because this will add an experience to your career and along with that you can pursue a short-term technical course. I am sure that your advanced computer skills would be enough to offer you a starting job. I came to know about uncle harry business loss last year and it would be really great if you could help him financially. This is the time to show your support personally as well as monetarily.
Today's employment news sections of ABC newspaper displays multiple job options for teenagers. Nowadays, many companies hire students for internship program and offer a decent incentives as well. I would suggest you to look for a good IT company for internship, which will further boost your career.
I hope you consider my advice positively. Best of luck for a great career.
Warm Regards,
Daniel
