Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to complain about the problems which residents are facing due to ammendments in existing regulations. I am the chairperson of the EverGreen society and currently running a shopping mart in same. I am expecting that you should take some immediate action against it.
Initially, It seemed fine to change the laws for parking and people were getting used to it. As they started parking there auxiliary vehicles outside the society campus near park which made gigantic space to build new footpath for residents. Furthermore, the parked cars are not safe anymore as there is no guard to patrol the vicinity in late night hours. Recently, two cars had been stolen and in some of the vehicles tyres were missing.
Would it be possible to allocate the full time guards to that area? It would be benefical for old people and kids in terms of their safety who uses the park frequently. It might incur the cost for hiring new safety personnel and people from locality are ready to bear the cost. Please let me know how soon can we expect these changes and let me know if we can meet in person to discuss more.
I am waiting to hearing from you soon.
Your's Faithfully
