Dear Sir,
I am writing in reference to request some time off work as I would like to complete my qualification. Let me briefly explain the situation.
To elucidate as you are aware that once a year our company provides sponsorship to its employees for skill development hence as a part of such a program I had enrolled for an executive MBA in International business. Although the course in near completion, however, I would need a few weeks off to prepare for the final examination. In lieu of this, I can work on weekends in the month of June and July to compensate for any pending work so that the ongoing projects are not affected.
Lastly, I would like to highlight that once I complete this qualification I would be able to contribute in formulating business strategies for our overseas office based in Singapore to increase the penetration of our products in South Asia region. Additionally, I would also be able to keen to impart knowledge on competition tracking, profit and loss to my peers.
I request you to approve my leave.
Your Sincerely
Saud
