Dear Sir,
My name is Ben Saud and I have been operating premium account services with your bank. I am writing in reference asking for an acknowledgement for a new bank card however I would like to inform you that I have only received an empty envelope. Let me explain the situation in detail.
To elucidate I had recently opened a new saving bank account with your bank and had requested for a new debit card. Although the envelope was delivered within 3 working days however it was empty without the debit card and the pin mail, therefore, I am really concerned. Additionally, I would like to highlight that similar incidents have happened in the past with my friends whereby their new debit card has been used at various retail outlets leading to financial loss.
Lastly, I would like to know about an appropriate action which your bank will take in order to recover the missing card. Additionally, what is the action your bank will take in case of any financial loss?
Looking forward to your immediate response and resolution.
Yours sincerely
Saud
