describe what type of presentation you have in mind
what topics it would cover and how long it would take
who should participate in the presentation and where should it be conducted
Dear Mr. Smith,
Greetings for the day!
I am writing this letter to share my conference experience that I attented last week in Mumbai. Further, I need your permission to share my experience with our company's employees through presentation.
Kindly allow me to elaborate this matter. As the conference is related to new marketing stratergies, which were represented by top most sucessful businessman of our country, Amit Rana. In this presentation, I want to share all of his rules to make marketing bussiness lucrative. It is a power point presentation, and mostly focused on the needs of customers.
The topic, which I selected for this, is 'How to understand the needs of customers'. I selected this topic because some of new employees, who are recently joined in this month are not aware of the needs of our customers. Not only I include practical session in this, but also it takes only one hour to finish.
If you allowed me, I would like to give this presentation to new joining employees as well as our old employees, who are worked in our company since four years. Moreover, I would like to use our new build conference hall for this entire official event.
So please allow me to represent my views through this presentation.
Looking forward to your prompt response.
Yours faithfully,
Amanpreet Kaur
