Dear sir or madam,
I am Harry Martin, I recently bought an IPhone-XR from your shop. But unfortunately, the phone is not working properly. I am writing this letter to complain about the same.
I bought this phone on 22nd June as a gift for my wife. It is a coral color 128 GB storage phone; I have enclosed the copy of invoice for further details. Let me elucidate the issues, when my wife opened the box, she found that the earplugs were missing. Also when we tried to start the phone it did not launch. I tried charging it for two hours but the problem remained same then I charged it using another charger. Moreover, I realized another bigger problem when I made a call to my friend, the phone got disconnected again and again and the voice quality was also very low.
I called to your shop multiple times and all time I have to explain my problems from scratch to a new representative. They promise me that a delivery boy will replace my old phone to a new phone soon but it did not happen and it’s been two-week for the same process.
To compensate for such mistake and inconvenience I want you to send me new working phone (same model and features) as soon as possible. If this time also my complaint is ignored, then I will write the complaint to consumer court. For any clarification or further details, you can contact me at 401-401-4011.
Hope to get a positive revert from you soon.
Yours Sincerely
Harry Martin
