A large company in your area has decided to spend a certain amount of money, either to sponsor a local children’s sports team for two years, or to pay for two open-air concerts. It has asked for feedback from the general public.
Write a letter to the company.
describe the benefits of sponsoring the sports team
summarise the benefits of paying for the concerts
say how you think the company should spend the money
Dear Sir or Madam,
Greetings for the day!
My name is Amanpreet Kaur, a citizen of Patiala. I am so glad that your company priorities the feedback of our city's citizens to choose between sports team of children or concerts.
Firstly, as you mentioned in the feedback form that the company will sponsor a local children's sports team for two years. By doing so, not only the children are benefited but also our nation too. Because if you spend money on sports, then children will get more types of equipment and new sports facilities such as new footballs, net, sports shoes and many more. Therefore, more children are willing to participate in sports with enthusiasm.
Secondly, the concerts which will be going to organized by your company for two days in open-air related to music. However, as mentioned in the form is pop up and jazz. As, it is clearly shown that the concerts will be beneficial for the youngsters, who have a keen interest in this kind of musical concerts.
Here, I would like to give my own opinion, I believe that the company should spend money on sports rather than concerts. Because spending money on sports for two years really help to motivate children towards sports. I hope, the feedback of all the citizens will be the same as mine.
Yours faithfully,
Amanpreet kaur
