Dear Mr.Alberet,
I am writing to inform you about the problem I faced in your Hotel. In the beginning, I am a new visitor to New York City, Although, I have only a friend here and the rest of my relatives are in India. I booked a room in the Hotel because it is a 5 star with high rates. But, unfortunately, the air conditioner is not working properly. It starts cooling then suddenly turn to heat.
As you know, the weather is unusual in that time. It is scorching outside. So I cannot adapt the raised temperature in the room, thus, I went to my friend’s room and spend some time with him. Then I went to the nearest library and set on it for a while in order to read some books and newspapers.
I would be grateful if you could fix this detrimental issue as soon as possible by calling the electrician who is responsible for such a case.
