A friend has agreed to look after your house and pet while you are on holiday. Write a letter to your friend.
In your letter:
give contact details for when you are away
give instructions on how to care for your pet
describe other household duties
Dear Rahul,
I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to provide you with the informations to help you to oversee my house while I will be in tour.
We received the Visa and tickets, so it will be some rush in coming days to get ready for the trip. In order to contact us when you need, please consider the phone number +6145852/ this is my cousin’s number who resides there, so things will be easier for you even also when I am not there.
You may know that I have a pet dog ‘Gimmy’ here in my house. He is not that much aggressive. You need to nourish him by giving hi the pet food available in the kitchen shelf. Likewise, in the evening, shower him with the fresh water, there is his favorite bathing soap inside the drawer which will make him fresh for long if used. At night, try to leave him unlocked, as it was being done regularly if not did so, he may not be well at nights.
Along with that, some home duties are to be overlooked by you. Mainly, the garden on the frontyard needs watering daily as it is made of some rare types of plants. there is a water-connection pipe near there to draw water. And also, the regular newspaper supplement has been postponed for up to trip duration. However, if the agent supplies it, please let him stop doing it. so that is it. It will be grateful for us if you take care ours as yours by above mentioned manner. I about to write another letter to you when I reach the destination.
I am looking forward for your much needed help.
Yours with love
