Dear Tayler,
I am expressing my willingness to come to our Canada office for period of six months. Recently, I have successfully completed five years in India office and I have promoted to designation as 'lead Engineer'. This is certainly exciting phase in my professional life with more responsibilities in future. Trully, I really need prior induction training from department managers at our head office which will much help me in handling challenges in our daily project assignments.
I can understand that if I will come there for more months then there is indefinite problem of resource at our local office. I think that I would manage by doing more work by my own and sometime share balanced with other co-workers as require basis. At last, we will think about to hire a new candidate at local office who can be trained before I will arrive there.
I hope you will completly agree with what I am saying about to visit there. I am very much intersted and optimestic about to visit our office. I believe you heard about our organization people interaction program which allow local office individuals to come to our abroad office. However, I will need your recommendation letter which invite me for business or work visit. Also, It will excellent if you could direct conversation with our engineering manager and he would agree you to do so. Looking for your co-operation and support.
Your's faithfully,
Ryan
