You have a spare room in your apartment, you would like to rent out to a college student. Write a letter to student accommodation officer of local college.
In your letter include:
Where it is
Explain about the room
To which type of student you would like to give.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inform you about the availability of a spare room in my apartment which I am interested in renting out to a college student.
My apartment is located just a km away from your college to the opposite side of the City light bus stop. The perfect address is 26, Murlidhar Residency, City light road, Surat 305001. Since the apartment has a big gate at the entrance, it is easily visible from the bus stop.
We are three members in a family and the apartment has three rooms, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Since we rarely use the first-floor room which has a separate entry, we would like to rent it out to a college student. The room has an attached toilet, a balcony, television and all the basic facilities required for an academic student.
Because we have a pet in our apartment, we would like an individual who is comfortable with it. Moreover, it will be beneficial for us if the desired student is jovial, open to the new culture, does not smokes and wishes to live like an extended family member.
If you have any other queries, I can be reached on 456(58589) or at abc@gmail.com.
Yours faithfully
John Patel.
