• give information about what clothes to bring
Dear Chris,
I was absolutely delighted to hear that you are able to finally come to Iran and visit shiraz in May. Summer is a great but hot time to visit shiraz because there weather is going to be warmer and the days are longer. so make sure that you bring all equipments for getting tan and try to put on light clothes.
I hope that you will spend a couple of days living with us but I also recommend spending some night in a hotel in the centre of town which is named Karim Khan so you can experience an old-fashion home that is designed with many colourful glasses and it's architecture brings you a vast historical knowledge of our previous century. beside that this hotel is near to many galleries and park so you can try them in your leisure time.
I highly recommend to visit Perspolis, an ancient palace which is located in Izad shahr. While you are there you should also meet a guide to show the path of pasargard to you. pasargard is King Kourosh palace.
I will be working during the week you are coming but on the weekend I hope that you will consent to join us on for visiting Hafez tombs. It seems you will really be thrilled of there as I know you are a fan of him.
We can't wait until you arrive,
Your friend,
Chi Chung
