You recently stayed in a hotel in a large city. The weather was very unusual for the time of the year and the heating/cooling system in the hotel was quiet inadequate.

Dear Sir or Madam
I am writing this letter to complaint regarding my stay at your Park View Hotel in California. I had huge inconvenience during my stay here due to the faulty air-conditioning. The ventilation system was poorly configured for the humid weather at that time and was more chilling which led to an uncomfortable vacation.
As a concomitant of having too cold temperature, me and my wife had to take extra blankets just to keep ourselves warm. In addition to that, the remote control was at fault and we were not able to do anything about it. When we contacted the front-desk for another room, they mentioned that all rooms are occupied.
I would request you to compensate me complete refund as a sign of apology. Furthermore, I would like you to take immediate action and fix the damaged cooling system. Also, hotel staff should take time and have proper and regular maintenance of all your facilities so that no one faces any issues during their residence at your hotel.
