Dear Terry,
How have you been? Hope you are in the pink of your health. It has been a long time since we last met. I am writing this letter to inform you about my enrolment in the University of Canada for the Supply Chain program and the best part is that it is not far away from your place.
Firstly, as you are already aware about the passion for this course and that too in one of the top leading universities, is going to be a thrilling experience. The course duration is of two years and apart from theoretical knowledge, the university has tie up with big it giants to let students experience the field knowledge as well that will help in gaining confidence in the real life work challenges.
Since you know the city is expensive and my family will not be able to cover end to end expenses like college fees, rental accommodation, food and other miscellaneous costs. I have to get a part-time job.
I was wondering if you can help me in getting a job by referring to your friends, acquaintances or colleagues. I know you have a wide networking area and if you do not mind helping me out with a job.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best wishes
Dennis
