There have been several complaints about the reception area where visitors to your company arrive. Your manager has asked you to suggest how the reception area could be improved.
Write a letter to your manager. In your letter
Describe the complaint that you have been made
Say why the reception area is important
Suggest how the reception area could be improved
Dear Mr. Sajad,
I am writing to let you know in regards to the complaints which are done about reception area.
let me explain my situation in more detail that the complainants have concerns about company's reception area which they feel is congested and are having long ques all the time. Therefore, plenty of time gets wasted.
I would like to tell you that the reception area is imperative in a plethora of ways such as it is the face of the company because customers who so ever have any work first need to pass this area and then they can proceed for further. People who are coming from outside are waiting at the reception area for more than usual as at this area there is only one receptionist.
I could suggest to widen this area as we have possibility by merging small room to this which is adjacent to this and also recruit another receptionist which definitely reduce waiting time for customers.
Thank you for your consideration,
Yours sincerely,
Iqbal.
