You cannot go to company where you got an offer. Write a letter to the HR Superviser to:
Explain the reason why you decline the offer
Express you gratitude
Explain you like your current job very much
Dear Sir,
I was honored to get an offer from your last week. There was an enough time to look at the articles of the job contract. Unfortunately, I state that I cannot accept this offer because of some reasons. First reason is about annual leave. Although I have already had 24 days' annual leave, you offer only 15 days' for going on leave. Secondly, the amount of the salary written in proposal is the same amount of which I am receiving. Thirdly, when I am analyzing the definition and the responsibilities of job, I can understand that they are in the same line with the responsibilities of my current job, in other words, I am sure to say that these job cannot include wider context with extra responsibilities. By the way, I really like my current job as well as having the reasons for not accepting this offer. I am heading the product development project team. In addition, I am selected to the future leaders of my bank.
Your company is the pioneer presenting more products to customers by integrating technological development in banking sector. Everyone who works in this sector wants to get an offer from you. Thus, I cannot deny I was extremely grateful to hear your proposal however I would like to forward to the nonacceptance of this offer.
Best Regards.
Başak
