town of Hillingford between 2000 and 2015
The maps illustrates both the old town and the current changes in Wallingford, that have been done in the period from 2000 to 2015.
Overall, the city underwent a complete transformation with replacement some settings, demolishment others as well as adding some buildings to a residential area. Evidently, not only these mentioned changes were done, but also the west of the main road has seen a significant building up, cutting down all trees.
Ar first, over the period the neighbourhood west of Wallingford seen cutting down the wood fields to build here a lively residential area with flats, tennis courts, playground and restaurants. To the north and north-east there now could be found housings and train station, respectively.
While some settings were not changed, remaining the same, as a school in the north-east part of the Wallingford, repurposing also took place. Therefore, country house in the north is now hotel and housing in the south-east to the studying facility is bed and breakfast. Meanwhile, the significant transformation with main road along the cost was also done, it has become more extended by the year 2015. Similarly, the market has been enlarged to a supermarket in the south-east part of the town.
