Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to seek your permission for allowing me to work in the headquarters of the company in America for six months. I would like to further mention the reason behind it in detail.
Since, our company is planning to expand the global reach of the products, getting the opportunity to work in the head office of the organisation will definitely help me to enhance my skills and expertise. Moreover, it will not only allow me to gain knowledge of trade strategies, regulations and tariffs but also products’ global market trends deeply. Furthermore, by having a thorough understanding and experience I shall work with full potential which will not only impart in the future success of my career, but also will help in generating long term profits and sustainable growth of the firm.
I have talked to Shweta junior sales manager and she has agreed to take on my responsibilities during my absence. Furthermore, I shall check my emails and if the need be, I shall be available for emergency calls. Once I get back to work, I would endeavour to work extra hours to catch up on anything I missed.
I would need your support to get all the necessary approvals and email confirmation and other necessary documentations. Further if you could assist me to make arrangements for travel and accommodations. Kindly guide me on the reimbursement policy of flights and hotels of the organisation.
I hope you will consider me suitable for working in the company’s head office. I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Prabhpreet Kaur
