Sports plays an indispensable role in an individual's life and team games are considered more fruitful in comparison to usual ones for schoolgoers. Couple of the most important qualities students learn from such games are cooperation and leadership, which would prove to be profitable in certain ways.
To embark with, team spirit as well as working in collaboration can be inculcated among tutees through team Sports such as cricket, football etcetera. Since children have always been passionate to win- at -all-cost, they will definitely help other players of team wholeheartedly. For instance, during a football match best Strikers are to be chosen by captain for goal and the rest of the players put endless efforts to let them to do so. Consequently, they will learn how to win any battle by working together. Apart from this, skill of leadership can be generated which is not possible in case of other games such as chess as one has to play only for oneself. However, in team sports a student has to lead all the members so one not only learn how to give equal opportunities to play to everyone involved know but also come to know the way to tackle unavailable circumstances being a leader. Eventually, other people will also try to incorporate such spirit to attain captainship.
Probing towards futuristic benefits, in the contemporary world, students have to move to different places after schooling either for higher studies or employment. Thus, being cooperative is vitally important so that masses can lead a successful life. Moreover, nowadays, owing to cut throat competition, a good leader can run a successful organisation to earn handsome money because nobody prefer to work under the guidance of strict employer. Therefore, masses in whom this skill is instilled since childhood often bexome affluent by owning an empire.
In conclusion, although others games are also valuable, only team games could make pupils cooperative and leaders so that they can earn livelihood by getting employed or by running tgeir own firm.
