Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about the poor quality of service I received from your bank.
I am an account holder in your bank The Bank of India. My account number is Saving Account-5565223255466655. On 5th of September when I visited your bank branch in Rajouri Garden I placed an order for the cheque book by filling the request form. However, it has been more than fifteen days I have not received my cheque book at my address. I have raised the complaints by calling on the customer service number multiple times but I have not received any satisfactory response from your staff.
Kindly provide me with the proper explanation of the delay in the delivery an the poor quality of services provided. Moreover, please inform me for how long do I have to wait for my cheque book. I would also lie to know what necessary steps you will take for this issue.
