Write a short report for a university lecturer describing the information shown below.
The map shows the changes brought in a seaside village from the year 1985 until the present day.
Overall, the village has experienced major changes in sport facilities and housing as well as fishing facilities have also been introduced.
One change that stands out is that the forest near the road has been destroyed in order to expand the farmland. Gold and tennis facilities have been provided in the re-developed farmland. To the west of the village, some housing facilities have been built along with a road to connect them.
On the west side of the village, in the south, shops have been converted into restaurants as well as the fish market next to it is now changed into apartments. A fishing port has been established to the south of the apartments over the sea. Lastly, a new car parking area can also be seen next to the hotel.
