The wasted glass bottles recycling process is depicted by the provided diagram.
Overall, the recycling process of wasted glass bottles is divided into three steps, starting in collecting the second-hand bottles and finished in ready sale products. At the first stage of the process, after the bottles were collected, it is stored in a warehouse, and they are transported using a lorry box. At the second stage, once cleaned using the high-temperature water, the bottles are sorted based on the colour which commonly clear, green and brown. Next, the bottles are sent to the glass factory where it is crushed into the small glass pieces. After that, the glass pieces are put into a furnace with a temperature between 600 and 800 degree Celsius, resulting in a recycled glass liquid. On the next step, both the recycled and new liquid glass are poured into a mould to shape a new glass bottle.
Lastly, at the last stage, the company logos are attached to the bottles, and the bottles are moved to the shop where the products are ready for sale.
