The bar chart shows the sales figures and profits of ABC Electronics in millions of US dollars over the period 1991 to 2000.
The chart gives information regarding changes in the sales figures and profits of ABC Electronics between 1991 and 2000 and is measured in millions of US dollars.
Overall, it is obvious that the levels of annual sales were far much higher than those of profits over the ten years, and increased slow but sure.
While there was a gradual growth in the numbers of sales from the year 1991 to 1994, standing at 99 million dollars and reaching112, these figures for profits fluctuated slightly, reaching 9 million dollars compared to its starting point at 8.
Profits then increased significantly for the following three years, peaking at 16 million dollars in the year 1997 before declining to 12 at the end. However, after rising to 135, the sales levels leveled off at almost the same rate for two years (1995 and 1996). They increased considerably over the following three years, reaching a peak of 158 million dollars in 1999 before falling to 154 in 2000.
