Overall, the number of people who lived in Washington, Yamhill and Columbia showed an upward trend. Moreover, the figure for Washington population was the highest throughout the year.
In the initial year, there was 75,000 people lived in Washingthon before it increased gradually to about 120,000 after 30-year period. In Yamhill and Columbia, the number of population were stood at 30,000 and 29,000 respectively. Although the figure for the two last countries showed a slight increase in 1970, it was still under 45,000.
By 2000, as can be seen that more people lived in Washington and reached the peak approximately 250,000, while the number of population in Yamhill experienced a gradual increase about 90,000, and people who came to Columbia just a slight under the figure for Yamhill population with around 80,000.
