ou recently organised an all day meeting for your company, which took place in a local hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch. Write a letter to the manager of the hotel. In your letter
Say what the participant liked about the hotel.
Explain why they were unhappy about the hotel.
Suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in futures.
Dear Sir,
I am writing to give you the feedback that we receive from the participants who attended the meeting, which took place at Grant Haytt Hotel on Monday, 30th of November of this month.
To begin with, Most of the Participants appreciated the hospitality of the hotel. They found the auditorium spacious and the setting was comfortable. Some employees liked the location also.
Conversely, there were few people, who were unhappy with the quality of food served by the hotel. According to their views, the food was not cooked properly. There was a lack of varieties of food items. Furthermore, Few options of food were available for Non-vegetarians.
There are a few changes that need to be incorporated to improve the food in the future irrespective of the place of meeting.
Firstly, Assign the duty to one person to take care of the food quality. Secondly, Distribute the forms to the participants to know their food preferences. Last but not least, ensure that the food is cooked properly.
I hope will consider thee suggestion cited above. I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Joe Barnes
