Dear Anna

I hope you and your family are all well. How have you been? I am very sorry I won't be able to meet you next month, as we decided earlier.

let me explain in more detail, my business trip to California has been cancelled to due to some delays happening with the import of raw material from India. hence, the launch of the product, that I have worked on, is delayed to March, hence, the work load will be more and its going to be very hard to take days off. As you know this is my dream project and I want to give my best efforts to make it successful.

Though I will be available in April, after the product launch, please let me know if you will be available at that time, we can spend some time together.

I am really forward to see you.

best Regards

Manpreet
