- what needs to be done to fix it?
Dear Mr.Lee,
I stay in one of your apartment located in Calwey's street, Francis towers, 4th Block. I would like to mention that two of the glass windows were broken during the snow stroms last week on Wednesday.
The day was quite good in weather in the morning, on an unpredictable tense broke up the snow storm by 6PM. The wind speed was very strong, even a few cars were pushed back while driving. A branch of the nearby tree facing my home, broken down and pushed hard towards the windows.
we tried to fix the glass ourselves, however the attempt was failed. The location of the broken window is right towards the main street and since, its broken we were unable to avoid the cold breeze, street dust, a the drizzing rain into our apartment. we have temporarily closed the whole window with a wooden sheet, however, as you know from the weather forecast on the cold winds in the coming weeks, it will be very difficult to live in such a condition. Furthermore, the window is also trapping the sunlight entering the home, since its closed , leaving the home gloomy and without ventillation.
The repair work needs two worksmen and a pair of glass sheets in 24X20 m length and the hardware tool kit. I whole of the repair work will not take more than 2 hours , but needed some expert who can handle the broken glass with safety. Though repair work demands lesser time and workskill, but is on high priority due to the upcoming weather condition.
Kindly work on this request and rectify the issue as soon as possible, as my dog has already fallen sick due the condition in my apartment.
Sincerely,
Pavani.
