The bar graph illustrates how many people were employed in the percentage in countries namely Australia, Switzerland, Iceland, The United Kingdom and The United States of America in the year 1995 and 2005.
Overall, employment rate among men and women rose in 2005 in comparison with 1995. Females work much less than males in the beginning of the period, while at the end of the period women of The USA, The UK and Switzerland excess level of working men in 1995.
Th majority of working men in 1995 was from Iceland and Switzerland and reached 70 percent and 65 percent of all male population of the country respectively. Meanwhile, employment rate among men in the United Kingdom and Australia was the lowest and was 55 percent in both countries in the year 1995. Men who worked in the United States of America were slightly more and reached about 58 percent. Men employment increased for 15 percent in the United Kingdom in the year 2005, it was the highest jump in comparison with other countries. The employment rate in the year 2005 rose approximately 12 percent in Australia, Switzerland and Iceland.
About 27 and 28 percent of women worked in the beginning of the period in New Zealand and Australia, while the same statistics in Switzerland was twice higher and contained about 56 percent. Half of women had jobs in the United Kingdom and 45 percent in the United States of America in 1995. The significance rose of employment among females was in New Zealand and the United States of America after 10 years. in other states growth was about 11 percent in Australia, Switzerland, Iceland and the United Kingdom.
