You stayed at a hotel recently and forgot your clothes there. Write a letter to the hotel manager and say
– When and where did you stay?
– Describe your clothes.
– What would you like the manager to do about it?
Dear Sir,
My name is Jot and I stayed at your hotel last week. I am writing this as I forget to pick my clothes when I was leaving.
I had a business trip last week and hence, I booked your hotel for 3 days. I visited the hotel on 25th July and left on the 29th morning. I stayed in 105 room number which was on the first floor was in the right corner.
I clothes which I forget at your hotel are my blue jacket and one high neck knitted pull which was gifted by my paternal grandmother on my birthday hanging in the cupboard and I brought my personal green towel which I left in the bathroom.
I would like to request you please send me my clothes by courier service and I will be very thankful to you for this. Do not worry I will pay for the courier.
I hope to get a positive and immediate response from your end.
Yours Faithfully,
Jot
