Your company is going to give a special training course for staff. Your manager has asked you to find out if the local conference centre has the right facilities to hold this course.
Write a letter to the manager of the conference centre. In your letter:
- Give details about the course
- Describe what equipment you will need for the course
- Ask some further questions about the facilities at the conference centre
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to let you know that my corporation is going to have a special training course. I need to find the appropriate place to have this section and decide your conference centre is the best place to choose.
Firstly, I would like you to explain the details in terms of the section that we will have. Currently, my company recruits the number of new employees and the employer decides them to train for workplace. We are going to do the lecture to educate new candidates how to work effectively when they start the first day of work.
I need to suggest what sort of devices is required for the day. As I mentioned, I will have the presentation so, I need a microphone to speak and a huge screen to show the data for the potential employees because I will bring my laptop and it will be connected with the screen you offer.
I also have some questions about the facilities. I would like to know that the centre has a dinning room because we might have a lunch break and I need to provide some finger foods for the course. Once the lunch time is done, some cleaning tools such as vacuum may be requested because we are going to clean all the space that we use for the break. I appreciate if you reply the questions.
Your sincerely,
sdfasfsdf
