Dear Jack,
How are you? Hope this letter finds you and your family happy and hearty. I'm writing this letter to let you know about one significant article which was quite impressive, and I'd like you to go through it.
As reading newspaper is my routine habit, when I was reading the Times of India on August 25th, an article published in Health column attracted my attention because of its heading "Now or Never". That article was written by a famous physician Dr Sam Richard from Canada. I've found it quite informative when I read it in detail.
That article was about the current burning health issue: Obesity. Dr Richard has not only highlighted possible causes but also provided plausible measures to get out of it. He has nicely articulated how our sedentary lifestyle and eating habits deteriorates health. Moreover, he suggested simple lifestyle modifications and changes in routine diet to reduce cholesterol levels.
As you are also suffering from hyperglycemia, I think you will be greatly benefited if you spend time and read it. Moreover, as suggested in an article, if you inculcate the habits of morning walk and yoga in your routine, you could save yourself from life-threatening infirmities such as heart attack and blockage of artery and so on.
Hope you will read this article and let me know how you will find it.
Best regards,
Emma
