The graph illustrates how the raw dough is processed in order to produce instant noodles ready for consumption.
Overall, the diagram shows that before packed noodles are distributed between market sellers, it is necessary for it to undergo number of treatments. The manufacture process is complex and requires the use of special machinery.
In the initial stages, the process kicks off in the storage silos, where flour is mixed with water and oil and rolled. After rolling tangled dough comes out into shape of sheets and then is cut into strips. Further, the conveyer mold dough strips into noodles disks, which are submerged in the boiling oil to be cooked and dried.
The last stages involve loading noodles disks in the cups and transportation of them in the section with extra spices addition. At this point, the noodles are saturated with different taste buds such as vegetables and spices and moved to the final stage. The manufactured products are labeled and sealed in order to avoid penetration of foreign substances during delivery to sell points.
