The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.
The diagram depicts the process of instant noodles production that consists of 8 separated stages.
The manufacturing flow requires not only the usage of sophisticated machinery but also supplement of a bunch of products, such as oil and vegetables, on order to result in ready-to-eat meal.
At the initial stage, the flour is transferred by trucks to the storage silos where it is kept until supplied to mixer, being the starting point of the manufacturing. Once put in the mixer the flour is blended with water and oil in order to obtain plasticity. After that the mass is flattered into wide dough sheets by rollers and cut straight away with the help of dough strips, which transforms the dough into separated noodles disks.
The second part of the process begins as soon as the oil is added to the noodles discs to make them tastier and the disks are dried to the needed condition. The following stage is the distribution of the noodles into cups to which the vegetables and spices are added supplying the dish with healthy nutrients. Finally, once the cups are labeled and sealed, they are distributed to supermarkets’ shelves.
