Pie Chart
The three pie charts illustrate the information about the average percentage of unhealthy nutrients such as sodium, saturated fat and added sugar that consumed by American in typical meals.
Firstly, approximately same percentage of all nutrients consumed in breakfast which is in between 14% to 16% while, American eat nearly 30% saturated fat, sodium and 10% less added sugar in lunch.
Secondly, in dinner, USA people eat food which contained more sodium which is 43% whereas, 37% of saturated fat and less amount of added sugar. Furthermore American likes to eat snacks which contained less amount of sodium and saturated fat which is 14% and 21% respectively. In addition, USA public consumed 42% of added sugar from snacks.
Overall, it can be seen from pie chart that, American likes to take great amount of sodium and saturated fat in dinner while, more added sugar consumed from snacks than breakfast, dinner and lunch.
