The graph below shows the consumption of fish and some different kinds of meat in a European country between 1979 and 2004.
The line graph depicts the consumption of chicken, beef, lamb and fish in grams per individual European per week from 1979 to 2004 with 5 years of interval.
Overall, it can be manifested that in the beginning, beef was consumed the most, say in 1979, then it plummeted gradually throughout the timeline. Whereas the consumption of fish remains almost unchanged. Surprisingly the consumption of chicken and lumb was almost equal but then after consumption of chicken represent upward stream while lamb shows downward stream.
Firstly, the consumption of chicken was the highest(225 grams) among all given foods in 1979, after falling sharply it was on the pick in 1983 by representing graph at 240 grams. Then it gradually plummeted and reached to the level of 110 grams in 2004.
Secondly, chicken and lamb showed an equal amount of consumption(150 grams) in 1979, but after that, they both show the different trends, the former one levelled up and reached to the highest level among all in 2004, it was 260 grams whereas the letter one shows a different trend and plummeted to the level of 70 grams in the year 2004.
