The line graph depicts the information about the people of three countries who used the internet between 1999 and 2009.
looking at the information in more detail in 1999, the proportion of individuals in the USA was about 20%, whereas the equivalent figures for Canada and Mexico were lower, at around 10% and 20% respectively. In 2005, the number of users of the internet in both countries the USA and Canada rose by around 70%, while the figure for Mexico reached just over 25%.
with regards to, in 2009, the percentage of internet users was the highest in Canada. Likewise, almost 100% of Canadians used the internet as compared with 80% of Americans who used the internet, whereas only 40% of Mexicans browse the internet.
Overall, the emerging fact from the graph is that the percentage of internet increased in all countries over the period. Thus, the American's and Canadians internet usage percentage was much higher than Mexicans.
