Dear Smith,
I am writing this letter about the mail that I received about the increment in my rent. I have rented61 falesy avenue from you for the last 11 months. I have been a good tenant since I moved in, and I not always pay my rent on time, i also keep the house tidy and well-organized.I am afraid that I would not be able to pay the increased portion of my rental.
I cannot pay that amount due to a couple of reasons. Firstly, I just got a new car 2 months ago, and I am bearing the cost of installments of car and for the insurance too. Also, my wife got laid off from her job last week, which was very disappointed and unpredictable for us.
I do not want to move out of your place because the house is very near to my work location and also comfortable for me. would you able to keep it the same for at least 6 months, Otherwise, out of compulsion, I have to leave your place.
