The plans below show a public park when it first opened in 1920 and the same park today.
The plans compare how the Corange Park opened 1920 and the same one in present day. As can be seen from the plans, there was an almost complete transformation of the infrastructures and the park's segments. Moreover, the park has been turned into a more multifunctional area.
In particular, it is obvious that the fountain in the middle the park was removed to make way for the relocation of the rose garden, which was once situated in the left corner of the park in 1920. It is now surrounded by the seats in four different directions, unlike the past when they were scattered widel in several parts of the park. Moreover, the stage for musicians, which was once at the left adjacent area of the fountain, was demolished to build bigger amphitheatre for concerts. Similarly, a new children's play area and a coffee shop were erected in place of the of pond and rose garden respectively.
Interestingly, while almost all the features went through significant changes, the two entrances facing the street Arnold Avenue and Eldon Street as well as the rose garden in the north-east stay the same. Additionally, a new entrance is constructed as an underground a car park, just right below a new built water feature at the right corner of the plan.
