The diagram illustrates the process that is used to manufacture bricks for the building industry.
The diagram shows all steps on how bricks are manufactured in the industry. In order to create bricks, there are seven steps beginning with material preparation followed by other industrial manufacturing steps before being packed and delivered.
First of all, clay is collected by a digger. After that, the material is separated into the big clay and the small clay by a metal grid. Then, the material which can pass the grid is mixed with sand and water. The mixture is manufactured into bricks by two ways which are using a wire cutter and a mold.
In the next stage, bricks spend 24-48 hours in a drying oven. They are transported to a kiln then heated at moderate temperature 200-980 celsius degrees and high temperature 870-1300 celsius degrees. Bricks are cooled down by cooling chamber for 48-72 hours. Lastly, they are packed and the products are already to be delivered.
