You have enough money to purchase either a house or a business. Which would you choose to buy?
There are numerous ways of investing money. Considering that I have enough money to purchase either a house or a business, my choice would be the house.
First of all, running a business can present a lot of potential risks. If you are lucky, your business will thrive and be a lucrative one. But if you are an unfortunate person, the business will blow up just in the blink of an eye. Then, all your investment will be of no meaning and you’ll likely to be destitute. On the contrary, buying a house can be a better option. Once you can ensure your accomodation, all stress will be eliminated and you’ll find it safer to work and pursue your interests.
Secondly, running a business may not be easy. You’ll have to equip yourself with a variety of skills such as leadership skills, communication and negotiation skills, problem-solving skills and financial management skills. You’ll also have to be an experienced person. These experiences are of utmost importance when managing a businness, but they are not easily collected and must be learned with much effort. Apart from that, running a business, you may have to face up to a lot of competition from big companies, which makes it difficult for you to survive and make ends meet.
Last but not least, you can use the house you have bought for different purposes. You either can use it as a permanent settlement for you whole family or let other people rent it. Therefore, buying a house can be a safe, effective permanent investment.
To recapitulate, I believe buying a house can be better choice compared to running a business.
