I am Mohit Khanna and I am writing this letter to inform you that me and my family are moving to Mumbai next month.I have already communicated with a local agent and he advised me to contact you directly.
My company has decided to give me a transfer as a Corporate Manager.So we are looking for a house in the Western Mumbai where my office headquarter is located.It is near the metro station. So it will be great if you can help me to find the accommodation in the same vicinity.
We have 2 kids out of which,one is infant and another is 4 years old.So,request you to find the house from this perspective. Here,in Nagpur, where we are residing now,has full-time security and intercom facility. Expecting the flat with same amenities.Also,the water and gas supply is uninterrupted.I need a house with 3 rooms with parking within premises and children's play area.The rent I can pay is up to 30,000 per month.
I am sure you will be able to find the same as per above requirements near station.
